Robert H. Parker & Sons for locally handcrafted and customised jewellery. We create engagement rings, anniversary pieces, pendants, and earrings using the finest diamonds, sapphires, rubies, pearls, and other gemstones.
The Custom Design Process
You first get a personal, one-on-one appointment with our professional design team to provide your creative input, select gemstones, and choose precious metal. You can bring your own sketch, photo, or sample piece to the appointment or we can draw up a design for you based on what you want.
We’ll source the gemstones and precious metal you prefer and ensure you’re satisfied with them before we begin the production process. We’re always open to feedback from you at any point in the design process. We’re committed to providing you with jewellery you’ll love.

Repairs & Restorations
We are capable of handling vintage pieces and restoring them to their original beauty. We can grant your jewellery with newfound lustre or keep its vintage look while removing any unwanted dirt. Whether it’s a full restoration or minor repairs, you can trust us to provide your jewellery with the highest quality of care.
Our repair services include ring re-sizing, stone and clasp replacements, claw re-tipping, cleaning and polishing, as well as any other kind of repair or refinishing needed for you to wear your treasured pieces with pride.
Valuations
We provide quick and expert jewellery valuations to our clients as members of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) and the Jewellery Association of Australia (JAA).
While most of our appraisals only require a short wait, we are also insured if you choose to leave your jewellery with us. We offer a wide variety of appraisal types, including diamond grading, gemstone identification, fair market value, and more.

We specialise primarily in the production of diamond engagement
rings as well as sapphire & ruby engagement rings.
If it is from a sketch, a photo or another ring you bring in, we have the craftsmanship to bring your inspiration to life.

That’s nearly 150 years of experience and continued trust from generations of clients. Throughout its long history, Robert H. Parker and Sons has always been operated by those who knew the craft and art of creating jewellery.
Today, the business is owned and operated by a former long-time employee and apprentice of the past owner. Andrew Walsh has been running Robert H. Parker & Sons for 40 years and has over 50 years of experience working in the industry. He is a qualified manufacturing jeweller, registered valuer, and trained gemologist with a Diploma in Diamond Technology as well as extensive design credentials.
