Incorporating jewellery into your daily wardrobe is always a great way to add a touch of elegance and glamour. There are times, however, when wearing the wrong piece can do more harm than good on your style score.

Luckily, we have compiled a few rules, tips, and techniques on jewellery pairing that’ll result in nothing less than a style and fashion success.

Here are some of them:

Less is More

Bold pieces, like our range of pendants, should be allowed to take the spotlight. Don’t ruin your look by wearing more than one statement piece, especially when the pieces are close to each other. If you’re going for a bracelet with a wow-factor, avoid wearing a ring that will share in the spotlight. The same goes with earrings and necklaces.
Any piece of jewellery worn serves as an accent piece; too much and you could ruin your whole look.

Keep it Simple

When it comes to fashion, the nature of contrasts applies. Big accessories are best paired with simple clothes. When you’re wearing bold jewellery, such as any of our special occasion rings, avoid donning clothes with busy patterns and a lot of embellishment, such as sequins.
Match your items carefully so that the jewellery stands out. Usually, two statement pieces is perfect for a little black dress, while everyday outfits like jeans and a white top are a great backdrop for pieces that are big, bright, and beautiful.

Consider Your Neckline

A statement necklace-and-pendant combo demands to be noticed, and the best backdrop for this is usually the right neckline. Don’t be afraid to show some skin and go strapless, off-shoulder, or V-neck with your tops. These will let the jewellery pieces do the talking.

Keep Things ‘Handy’

When wearing statement rings, be it one of our diamond engagement rings, wedding bands or some other ring, remember that your hands will also share the spotlight. This means your hands should be cleaned, prepped, and polished, including the nails.

Make sure that the nail polish colour doesn’t clash with the ring’s design and colour. Bright, bold rings don’t go well with nail art, glittery, and colourful nail polish. While it may look cute and girly, it doesn’t exactly convey elegance and sophistication worthy of the jewellery.

Jewellery is one of the most perfect and elegant ways to breathe life into any outfit. Just make you’re doing it right to avoid any fashion faux pas.

Not every gemstone that's red is ruby. Red may forever be associated with rubies, but that doesn't mean you should forget about the other stones that prominently feature this majestic color.

Indeed, those who wait render the highest form of service.
It requires self-control, maturity, faith, and the greatest of them all -  love.
Waiting is a mystery of life. It is something that needs to be done, yet sometimes people underestimate the spiritual gift that comes with it.

Diamond clarity describes the absence or presence of flaws inside or on the surface of the diamond or other gemstones. A stone with perfect clarity or clearness is rare. Most flaws that exist in jewellery grade diamonds can&rsquo;t be seen without looking at them through a jeweller&rsquo;s magnifying loupe. </p>

Diamonds are forever. This is in the sense that their dazzle and beauty can leave an imprint on our hearts. But physically, they're not eternal. They may be the hardest substance on earth, but that doesn't mean they're not exempt from deterioration and destruction. Which is why you have to do your best to preserve their sparkle.
